| Well, they're allowing the troops to buy it. They're just making it less readily available for them by not selling it on their military bases.
I can also see why they wouldn't particularly want to show support for this game, so this ban isn't really a big deal. |

| I can see how it would go bothering some of the soldiers who come back and have PTSD or something, but I don't really feel that strongly about banning the game. I feel neutral on it, probably more because I probably won't play it anyway. ____________________ |

| I have no problem with them banning the game from being sold on military bases. If you already lived through a rather painful event (hey guys! estimates are anywhere from almost 100,000 to 350,000 cases of PTSD from Iraq/Afghanistan, and the suicide rate for veterans 20-24 is 4x as high as for non-veterans 20-24, just saying), there's a decent chance you may not want to have to see depictions of it, much less people profiting from said depictions, especially if you know people who died (or are still dying!) over there.
If people want the game, there's absolutely nothing stopping them from getting it off-base. |
