My body is tired and sore. Then I remembered I worked 6 days last week. It's catching up to me. Thankfully I'm off tomorrow.

My dad used to work 7-day weeks sometimes. Now, I think they're usually 5 or 6 days.

I'm not the workaholic that he is. I think that 35-40 hours is plenty and I don't feel the need to be rich based on my own labour.

Zero-hour work weeks, though nice for a time (especially when other aspects of life keep me busy, like they are now), aren't really ideal, though, unless I had a partner supporting me. Being supported by my mom slowly stealing money from my dad might implode eventually.

I'm blessed to have a Monday to Friday job. I worked retail for a while. It was nice having weekdays off sometimes, short lines or no traffic, etc. But you miss out on actual weekend activities sometimes.

I still have a week of vacation left to take.

If the new people at work get any more annoying... Might be taking that. It's bad enough having to do outbound calls, it's even worse when the new people are so frigging annoying and have attitude. Tires you out mentally.

I slept for like 10 hours last night.

It tends to happen when I get too little sleep for a while. I later compensate by oversleeping.
