| |  | |  | | I'm working with Lindblum and LordVanya to upgrade the Chinese FF7 Remake for the NES.

The original was in Chinese but was translated to English by Lindblum.
Positions we have available
Sprite Artist
-In charge of redrawing monster art and possibly character sprites in battle & on maps.
-Reference artwork and concepts will be provided.
Background Artist
-In charge of redrawing OW & level tiles based on the original PSX version.
-Screen shots will be provided for reference.
Portrait Artist
-In charge of redrawing character portraits.
-Original artwork will be provided for reference.
Effect Artist
-In charge of redrawing all spell and combat effects as directed.
ASM Hacker
-In charge of various game play related hacks & logging relevant data to support artists & composer.
This project has been making very slow progress for around 2 years now and for a die hard Final Fantasy 7 fan who has been looking forward to this upgrade's completion, that's to long to wait, I'd really like to finally see some good progress on this so any help would be appreciated!
For those who have played the game know that the mugshots are aweful, one of the things I've done so far is redraw the mugshots. Below you'll find my redrawings as well as the Pallette used for the game

| |  | |  | | Darkdata: Our team has decided to with mine. We'll use some from that set you provided though.
Xkeeper: The Mugshots are basically 4 16 x 16 sprites and each of those 16x16 boxes are limited to the colors but all 4 of them together are not limited to the same colors. LordVanya, the project leader has already verified that my mugs work fine and that they'll be used.

I'm really curious how you plan to manage to fit 15 colors into a 13 color palette.

Anyways, the point of this thread was to get some helpers, pretend I didn't post those mugshots because that's not the point here (but I do appreciate the pointers)

| | Metal_Man88's Post | So, technically, I could post a picture of Super Mario Galaxy 2, then say I want people to convert it into Sonic 2 in 3D with planets, and as long as I put an irrelevant picture that could under no circumstances be used to either import into SMG2 or similar, I would be just fine?
