This makes the Touhou series look almost easy, Mushihime-sama is probably the hardest shooter ever, making Gradius look like ... training
On the other hand: You actually have to sacrifice a lot if time for practice to do it that perfectly, dodging everything besides a small hitbox (even only an area of just one single pixel would be hard here). So the real life might come short, when mastering that game

That was just ridiculous.


The player died so many times it was annoying, especially since it always screamed the same thing each time. The firepower was equally ridiculous, but I can't tell how powerful it was, as it took five whole minutes of basically non-stop firing to kill it. Then again, its health bar does extend from one end of the screen to the other...



I think I'll just stick to Gradius and Fraxy.

The joystick is broken, and doesn't move left.

It's not exactly winnable.

Hard doesn't nessesarilly make a game good though, and I tell you right now, that game is epic fail. First level's music makes my ears bleed. (although same could be said about Story of Eastern Wonderland, neh?)

Bullet hells are all about dodging bullet patterns. That game is no exception.

I prefer playing these kind of games free at home because... well, just the sheer fact that I'd lose a lot like that means I'd lose a lot of freaking money.

There is a bit of an exception to Futari.... ...... it wasn't designed to be beaten by even the greatest gamers. There are several parts throughout the game where the patterns are quite simply undodgable, and even if you save all your bombs, and don't make any mistakes, the minimum POSSIBLE to beat that game is 2 continues.

Someone must complete that game on the hardest difficulty withouth losing lives or bombs, that is, in a tool assisted run done frame by frame and smashing the machine to generate random errors that may make a bullet appear a pixel misplaced.

Please tell me that's not the Easy setting.

N... no thanks, I'll stick to playing Twinbee Da! and Parodius (And maybe some Gradius too). At least THOSE games have bosses that don't fill the screen with bullets... well, not like that, anyway. I'd take Parodius MSX's crumbling wall anyday.

Why the hell do they stop shooting?!?! They could've defeated the bosses like 30-60 seconds earlier, but they STOP SHOOTING!#$!#%

Also, the boss' first two bullet patterns (from the second video) are easily dodgable, it's only the REST of them that screw you
