I think it is a neat idea. It will be interesting to see how it works when the kinks are worked out. By kinks I mean casualties of progress. It is good it is being made in China because there are no lawsuits there XD

I'm pretty sure the "buses" are more like trains. You can pretty clearly see the tracks they ride on in the top photo, and then there's this bit from the article itself:

Damn, was just going to say this. Tracks make all the difference here, people. Otherwise this plan would've been laughed off way before the public got to hear this.
