You know, I've been lurking a lot. I need to start posting again! I don't want this to be a total shitpost so I'll try to make a decent theme... Erm... Uh...

Tacos. Who likes them? I'm bringing this up because I had the most amazing taco night three nights ago and I'm still enjoying the leftovers! If you don't enjoy taco night as much, is there something else you prefer and look forward to for dinner?

I'd probably enjoy them if we had any around here.

I prefer soft tacos. Hard shells are difficult cause they break and then you get a mess in your hand.

And speaking of Tacos, I had Taco Bell for lunch. #1, soft taco, with a diet Pepsi. Same thing I order every time.

I actually prefer mine fairly plain. Just beef, a little lettuce, a little cheese (preferably not melted into it), and some fairly hot sauce. Haven't tried tabasco on a taco just yet, only taco bell fire sauce (which isn't very hot at all)>

I prefer the hard tacos over the soft ones, I usually like it when my food has a crunch to it (although if you're putting things like peppers in your taco then they may make even the soft ones crunchy ). The last time that I had a taco was when I went to Taco Bell on the last day of school back in June. It was a very good lunch to finish the school year off with .

Anyone had those Taco Bell Carnitas yet? I might get some very soon actually. I'm pretty hungry and tacos are sounding good!

As I haven't eaten anything but the Burrito Supreme and Soft Taco Supreme from Taco Bell in about 8 years, no. But I did get them for my wife and she liked them. They look more like authentic Mexican style you'd get from a taco stand.

I like tacos so long as I don't have to eat the ones my mom makes.

Ok, I tried those carnita things (one chicken, one pork), and wasn't impressed. They would be alright if they were on a different type of tortilla, but these things feel uncooked, limp, and nasty! Plus they completely turn any potential good flavor of the filling into cardboard blandness. Also, you hardly get any food for them being a premium item. A 79 cent hard taco has more meat and better texture than these things and they are half the price. Plus I forgot they have cilantro in them, which I'm not a big fan of to begin with. Bleh, I'll take my soft taco supreme from there over this any day.

Not really a big taco fan, but I do like chicken fajitas every once in a while. =D

Anyone remember that Family Guy episode where Peter Griffin says "fuh-jye-tuhs"? That always cracks me up, and I sometimes get stuck on calling them that too...

Tacos is quiet good, though, I'm a much bigger fan of pasta plus anything meat!

I prefer crispy tacos, with shells which are fried tortillas. With hot sauce and the traditional orange-goo covered meat.

Since I live so close to Mexico, I and the others here generally prefer the more authentic fare, where possible. Of course, that includes soft tacos... I don't really care for those, though.

This. Taco Bell "Fire" packets are about as hot as an ice cube compared to real hot sauce. But in Puerto Rico, the Hot is actually hot and the Mild is just right. They didn't need fire because Hot was good enough.

I can drink Taco Bell's 'fire' sauce; it hardly approaches mild as far as normal sauce goes.

Yet I seem to hear a lot of people say it's too hot. Still pretty damned good sauce, though, even if it is really only slightly warm.
