Thanks for the feedback all - I appreciate the help on that block, it's most useful.
Also, I figured I'd show off my latest creation for this hack - the theme of Boo-Thoven, the mad Boo composer. Most of you will recognize the first few notes as a very famous piece of music.

Ah, I missed the thread when it was first posted. Anyway, looks to be a nice hack in progress. Some of the music is good, but others(Particularly the Boothoven fight, sorry, but it wasn't very pleasant) aren't. I haven't listened to all of the SPCs, and don't have time right now, but I will say that the second videos music is quite nice. This overall looks to be a very polished hack though, and I look forward to it's release.

Probably because the time on all of my levels is set to 0, so beating a boss or getting a goal sphere gives you a 1-up. I'm sure there's a way to disable it, so I'll scrounge around the ROM map at SMW Central and see.

 What are you supposed to use to patch a rom with this?
Lunar IPS doesn't recognize it, and ZSNES gives me garbled error data when I load it.
Plus, my computer thinks it is a PKCS#7 Certificate.
