Just saw it last night. Not a huge blockbuster film so I'm not sure why they decided to have it open on a Wednesday. There were 5 other people in the theater with us...

Overall, it was a fun movie. The acting was good and the story kept you interested, not oscar worthy but still good. Tom Cruise and Cameron Diaz had a good chemistry together and didn't seem like a forced relationship. The humor was laugh worthy, but the only downside is that 99.9% of the good lines were shown in the trailer. And you know when they are coming up, so you sort of laugh in advanced since you already know what they're going to say.

The action is good and not too over the top. Not to say it isn't typical Hollywood excessiveness, there are plenty of moments you say "Thats not possible". But it doesn't detract enough from the flow of the movie.

If you like Cruise and Diaz remotely, go see it. Go to a matinée showing so you get your money's worth. Tickets are so expensive these days.

No. No f/ing way. I made my mind up when I first say the trailer and saw who was in it. Plus, doesn't seem like my type of movie.

Interests me slightly. Can't go wrong with a decent action film. I don't mind Cruise as an actor. Diaz is sorta iffy. Not really good actress.

I'll check it out but my expectations are low.

Some people may not like Cruise these days from his activities in recent years, such as couch jumping and Scientology. But he still has good taste in motorcycles.

I was kind of interested in this, but I keep hearing from a lot of people that the preview is better than the actual film. I also heard that Tom Cruise is more of a supporting character than the main character, and since the only interesting action scenes involve him, it's kind of a failing for the movie, and it could have been much better than it was. Since over all people seem to be reacting to this as "meh" I probably won't be seeing this. Also, I'm not really a Cruise or Diaz fan to begin with, so pass.
