Multivote is disabled so I'll vote for Alt <-. It depends on if I have a mouse with me. If yes, I use the back button, if no, I use Alt <-. More often than not I don't have my mouse and so using the touchpad plus Alt <- is fastest.

I didn't even have a scroll wheel mouse until 2006... before that, it was just a 2-button ball mouse. =P

Nowadays, I just can't live without a scroll wheel, since I find it so useful (and it also serves as a middle click =D)

I always click the back button in my browser when I want to go back a page. I hate when I press backspace (either by accident or because I wanted to delete something but the text box somehow went out of focus) and it takes me to the last page, especially if I'm working on something and by going back I lose all of the progress that I made.

Like in the middle of a long post? Thats when you curse under your breath about ridiculous hot-keys like that. Or out loud, depending on how long the post was.

It's much worse when you consider that browsers seem to randomly decide whether to save the form information you just accidentally navigated away from or clear it and make you start over.

Also annoying: Forms that always clear the password field, so if I get an error because of something else, I have to retype the password (usually twice).
