Motorola Droid X for Verizon official: July 15 for $200

Only for Verizon. Not that I'd want it over an EVO 4G anyway. But its basically Verizon's version of the EVO 4G.

4.3" screen
HDMI out
8mp camera
1GHZ processor
Mobile hotspot for $20 with 2GB cap (phone data is unlimited)

But no front facing camera for video chat. I guess they are waiting to see how the EVO 4G and iPhone 4 do with that feature. Maybe the X-2 will have it.

Touch screen is the way of the future. They say the Swype feature is actually really easy and makes typing better on a touch keyboard.

I'm ready to upgrade, still with a Blackberry. It will take some time getting used to the touch only keyboard though. The Droid X is getting good reviews though on the screen.
