I got my driver's license at 17, although I started to practice driving at 15 , but now I rarely use my car (unless I have to go more than ~20 miles, or if the buses aren't running...)

Who the fuck is supposed to know that? Even my mom was surprised. Some dude was in front of me and missed that part too.

Other than that. I did extremely well.

As for animals. Sorry, but I am not slowing down. That only endangers myself and others on the road around me. If no one else is driving behind me or away from me. Then fine. Other than that? Sorry, dead animal walking. Even if it is a Fox or some cute animal like a turtle

How else would people behind you know you're about to parallel park?

I remember on the written portion of the driver's test here, there was a multiple choice question asking what the first thing you should do is if you get into an accident. The answer was "Stop." /facepalm

Although what I really hate is when some slow ass goes slow on a one lane and then switches over into a two lane on the fast lane.

That shit frustrates me

Also, I learned I have road rage. Verbally. Not like me flashing lights and honking horns at people. I took a friend home from work the other day and he thought it was so damn hilarious. He sent me this video saying that this was me. Without the iphone of course

It depends on where you live, really. In a lot of urban cores, most parking is either parallel spots on the sides of the street or huge parking garages. Downtown, they don't put huge parking lots in front of most businesses like they do in the suburbs

I got my permit when I was 15, got my license shortly after turning 16. Started driving right after getting my license and car to get to school and work and whatnot. I'm 21 now, so I've been driving over 5 years. Wow!

The stupid permit test almost defeated me... there were a bunch of questions about trolleys and railways icy roads and all kinds of crap that I don't ever see where I live. Luckily I passed on the first try.

The driving test wasn't too hard, I passed on my first attempt. Just made one stupid mistake that cost me 10 points... I made a left turn in the inner lane and ended up in the right lane after the turn. Whoops! The parallel parking was a piece of cake for me, I'm pretty good at that.

Considering how much freeway driving I do, I get road rage quite often. But I've realized that listening to mellow music relaxes me. Talking to someone, whether in the car or on the phone (hands free of course!), also helps. Then I'm not as focused on the douche going 65 in the fast lane or the bigger douche going 95 and cutting everyone off.

My commute to work is almost 100% freeway, but I work nights and 12 hour shifts, so I almost never see any real traffic..
