Most of the time I just click the "Back" button in my web browser... it's also annoying when I hit Backspace by mistake when not focused in a text window and go back a page. =/

Its still a back button, you just don't have to click the browser's one. My home mouse has this and thats what I used. Here at work I use Alt <-

I click on the Back button.

I don't like the Backspace hotkey because it's also used to delete the previous characters in textboxes. An accidental click should not change the function of the typing keys, if you ask me. I don't like the spacebar paging me down, the apostrophe popping up Quick Find, etc., either.

I find that I use "alt" and "ctrl" shortcuts frequently. Much easier on a laptop than going *scootch scootch scootch* with the mouse to the button/ menu bar, click, and then move back again.

Either I use the provided links to go back, or if I know there won't be any, I open in a new tab and then use Ctrl+W.
