Playoff. But England drawing with Slovenia 2-2 is extremely unlikely. A goalless draw maybe, but certainly not 2-2.

Oh, I agree, I just like to look at the 'what-if's.

And is the playoff a full game?

Well, it appears I was wrong about the playoff part.

Wow, that game was intense. So many missed chances (and another goal waved off by a bad offsides call), but they did it!

USA of course, but certainly not England. I have this irrational hate for their football team. Maybe it has some thing to do with Heskey or Crouch.

Caught that online when it happened. The Y! channel remarks went scathing immediately when it happened. People were livid with their ALL CAPS language.

The ref in the England game was a complete moron. Even the people narrating the match was saying that it shouldn't have been a yellow card for England at one point. At least they got rid of Greene for that match...

That's the one thing I don't really like in this that they should adopt from our own 'football'. Call reviews. Guarantee you wouldn't have this excess bullshit from refs making crap calls.

But that's FIFA that you have to convince.

A couple of more hours. This would be most certainly an awesome match and I'm watching it with my friends. We'll all be rooting for USA, you play some very entertaining football.

USA still hasn't been able to turn it around after the 5' mark goal against Ghana. At 48' now.

I think we're in penalty kicks now. Normal time is over. Pretty much a shootout now.

EDIT: Ah so it's extra time, not quite PK shootout yet.

EDIT: Ghana scores. 1-2.

Ghana is doing all the bullshit stuff they can to run the time out. Fake injuries, substitutions, whatever. I hate competitive sports.
