Yep, I was part of a spree that actually hit those heights. Granted, I only broke 300, but still.

...I still remember the night I broke 250 while posting at least somewhat normally. I wish I could still do that.

Yep.

I think Xkeeper was the only one ever to get Xkeeper Syndrome, close to the board's founding, but a few people have got Anya Syndrome (Anya, FirePhoenix, Prince Kassad, and Lunaria).

Yeah, I wasn't that much of a poster at I1. Well, I got over 3000 posts overall, but didn't reach 4000. But that was the incarnation with a lot of people over 10000 posts.

IIRC, the highest I made on a monthly ACS at I1 was #8.

Back on I1 I barely even posted.

On I2, sometimes I'd have weeks where I'd reply to a ton of topics. I got Reinfors somewhere close to the end of that incarnation, but it didn't really last long.

I think I ended that one with 1066 posts, or so. I was shocked by that.

...I'm still shocked I broke 6000 here. Hell, even 2000!

Found it. Thankfully, back in 2003 I was smart enough to do a recap of shit I accomplished that month.

By the time I hit I1's top 50, I had over 3000 posts already. I think I peaked somewhere in the 40s before leaving.

When I joined Jul, the cutoff for top 50 was around 700, IIRC, and I hit #10 around when I reached 5000 posts.

Active users is a rolling count of the last 24 hours, so posts constantly drop out of it as they become made more than 24 hours ago.

The JCS does reset, at midnight GMT-5. I believe that'd be 5:00 in the morning for you in England, Zero One

It resets at 9:00 in the evening for me.

Actually, it'll either be 6AM or 4AM. We're in British Summer Time at the moment, which is either 1+ or 1-. I can never keep time zones straight

Yeah, but the JCS follows DST around, too. So we do in fact end up with a 25-hour and a 23-hour JCS day every year.

However, European DST rules are different from North American rules. Colin lives in Québec, Canada, I believe.

	The JCS resets at midnight EST, thats 9pm my time. I'm usually busy around then and then come home to find out if I stayed on top. I think my most active days at I1 were the first few. I actually had the #1 spot for a brief moment, then the rest is history. I don't even think I had the most posts on my own board (FFAlexandria) back when it was active. There was so much posting going on in the story forum that I didn't keep up with. Anya can attest to the Dorter Trade City threads, they got pretty long. I'll have to dig up my old .sql copy of that to see how much it contains. ____________________
