That's just the default error message that appears if the board cannot connect to the MySQL server. You should check out the 404, 403, and 500 pages while you're at it, too. =P

And yea, Jul timed out for me the first time I tried to access it today...

I thought at first Xkeeper was finally going to install those extensions.

When Jul went back up, I was totally disappointed. :'(

Yeah, usually happens when he's updating something. He never warns us though, so its just a normal random occurrence. He had said a while ago that he was piggy-backing on someone else's connection and had extremely bad packet loss. We'll have to wait for his explanation to know for sure.

Extension installation takes place in a separate database on a separate username. Installing an extension takes about five minutes of 99.9999% idle time (most of which is just editing a file and downloading crap, MediaWiki has no extension manager other than LocalSettings code).
