Browsing and posting to Jul via Lynx over SSH. Maybe I should try w3m though...

Ooh, how does Jul look in just text?

I've tried using Lynx out of frustration with overly fancy Web sites, but I got annoyed by its interface.

I'm thinking about trying to post from WinUAE... =D

I've already posted from all of my computers (and my PSP and DSi), so I'll try posting from an (emulated) Amiga and Atari ST, too.

I'd have thought the markup on any of these boards was bad enough to outright break text-based browsers.

I did post via Telnet once. Fun stuff.

Paulguy's Post configuration
TERM=xterm-256color elinks

It actually looks pretty alright, if you use a terminal that supports the mode.

And now, I'm posting in WinUAE, using AWeb web browser on AmigaOS 3.1. =D

Anyone know if any Atari ST emulators support NAT or Ethernet? If so, is there any Atari ST web browser?

Edit: Jul on an Amiga. =D

Are you sure there aren't any better browsers, Schala? I remember something about Origyn actually existing for 68k machines, though I'm not quite sure. (Avoid IBrowse, though, it's like the Opera of old except crippled severely.)

As for the ST, I'm not quite sure if any such emulators exist. I know that the Falcon TT030 was partially (last I used it... back in early 2009?) emulated in Hatari, though... leads me to believe such support might exist somewhere.

Yea, I'll have to give the 68K Origyn web browser a try... isn't it WebKit-based? =D

Side note: It would really be cool if someone could port WebKit to Mac OS Classic (both 68K and PPC)...

Looks easier to navigate than my Blackberry. Its all pretty jumbled with I have it on column view with the blackberry browser. I could change it to page view to make it easier, but zooming sucks on it.
