I think it's a cool idea actually. Despite it being the black sheep of the series, I've always loved the game.

I'll play it a little later and see if I think it's still spiffy.

I liked Zelda II, so I think this can be an excellent idea. Too bad it only goes to the 1st dungeon and there aren't any spells. (and I'm also too lazy to DL the needed program).

I would therefore like to see this remake done to the end.

I couldn't get far playing the FPS because it made me nauseous, but based on some youtube videos, it's a pretty good idea.

What ever happened to that 2D ocarina of time?

As for the original subject, the gameplay is decent, but stabbing such incredibly detailed monsters with a sword which was taken directly from the original game just feels weird, and that's just one example.

That was one of the OOT2D projects.

The creator of the first pretty much disappeared off the face of the internet a few years back, and then ones like the above popped up.
