I head off to Vegas this Sunday for the GameStop manager's conference. I'll be flying out on Spirit Airlines at 7:30 in the morning. I want to try to get an earlier flight, just so I can get to Vegas faster. The time difference alone will drive me nuts, but hopefully it won't bother me too much. I'll be staying at the Mandalay Bay, and from what I've heard, its near the end of the strip and near the airport. This'll be my first time in Vegas and on the West Coast in general. My father-in-law is over there right now and he told me that it gets down to 60 degrees or cooler at night. Yea, I forgot about that part. But its not like I'll be getting out anyway. And if I do, it won't be for that long I don't think.

So yea, hopefully this should be fun.

I'll probably stay in the hotel for the most part, but I would like to check out Rock's hotel from Hell's Kitchen. Its at the Green Valley Ranch...I should see how close I am to it.

9:25 - 7:00 = 2:25

I stayed at the Imperial Palace last year, and now they send me deals on rooms, usually for $49 a night. I don't know if you could get the same rate as a first-time guest, though.

Also, I forgot, the Simpsons' house is somewhere in Vegas, anyone know if its still there?

I actually got curious of that a while ago and asked about it.

Aparrently some old lady won it and had it immediately repainted and redone.
