	It's serious business. I'm doing P90X as part of my weight loss routine and competition... Holy moly I'm sore from an hour of it. Yoga gets you to do things your body doesn't naturally do. Don't take it lightly. ____________________

Can't say I've ever been one for it. Most anything I got out of exercise period was when I biked. Around here, I will guarantee that you'll hate hills if you don't learn how to shift with them properly.

Yoga is very very good, especially if you have a good instructor. So is belly dancing. Do NOT underestimate the toughness of it. There was one guy in the class, and he was utterly exhausted by the end of it. He just thought he was going to see beautiful girls shaking their booties. Little did he know what he was getting himself into

Apparently people do Power Yoga at the gym I go to.

It reminds me of a cross between river dancing, mixed martial arts, and random arm waving for flavor.
