ok so i have the latest rom extender, but, i don't know how to "extend" the rom, i have a super mario 64 [U][!] rom just like that, (just for more info) so how do i get the rom "extended"? can you give me like a step-by-step type reply if you could? oh and heres some side effects

when i start toadstool64 up it says "bad flle name" then i click "ok" then it says all this:

"string expected"

"void"

"script error continue?"

if i click "yes" it just puts me back normaly, but the thing is, whatever i do it just says "script error"

can you give me some help? i would like that! thanks!

Are you using TT64 0.5b? And SM64 Rom extender 1.2b?

Once you have those all you have to do is use a rom in a .z64 format if i am correct.

Hey there! Ok, to see if it is .z64, just look at the end extension of the file name (EX: Super Mario 64 (U) [!].z64

Here is a pic.

And since everyone asks, that gear pointer thing is my mouse.

ok when you click "extract files" it brings you to thing list of stuff like desktop and stuff like that, do i have to do something more from there? because i just said "ok" without doing anything and it still wasn't a valid rom

You have the Rom extender 1.2 dont you?
If so Run the extender app then click on "open rom" find and select the rom stored on your computer and click open.
Then the rom extender will "extend" the rom from something like 8Mb to about 24Mb.
The new rom will be created in the same place as the original file. (if the rom is on your desktop a new one will be on the desktop, if in my documents a new one in my documents) then open that in TT64 and you're ready to go!
