It's illegal if you win money, by any means. That includes directly selling it, and inderectly accepting donations, or setting up a webpage for it and putting ads there. |

He hasn't blocked them..
When you edit a ROM, you are modifying it, so the cheat devices and flashcarts dont recognise it, and fail to see that it's NSMB and show you the cheats.
There's no way to modify that behavior |
