Well, here's the prototype from Sony...

Slated for 2020 release...although that does seem a bit far off for something that could potentially come out a lot sooner with the way portables are becoming as of late.

I really don't think anybody really needs to buy one, but they will

Looks like it'd be awkward to use... Also if your wrist is skinny, a lot of the screen would be covered.

It certainly does look futuristic. I'm not very fond of that lump in the middle of the camera/projector, but I guess there's not many other places you could put them.

That certainly looks interesting, but it doesn't stand a chance against this guy's wearable PC!

I remember seeing him on some TV show on Discovery years ago and thinking it was so cool... Now this stuff is so outdated. The new concept looks cool, and with roll-able OLED its not far off.

My wrists are tiny, so things like this would have a hard time fitting me.

Not to take a shit on this thread: But I prefer Sixsence technology:

<object width="640" height="385"><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/YrtANPtnhyg&hl=en_US&fs=1&" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="640" height="385"></embed></object>

It's a good video from start to finish; you may want to watch from 6:00 if you want to grasp the technology.

It's an interesting concept. And according to Mr. Mistry, it's hella cheap to make.

Also I won't have to wait until 2020 to get my hands on it. Should be out sooner than you think (Watch the video to find out!)

Hey that's pretty neat. I see it being mostly novel, though, and not being particularly useful. The projectors will always have problems with contrast and visibility in lit rooms, and the input seems really awkward. I mean, I can't even get wii remote control down right.
