I find starting it after loading Pangya and disabling addons / extras and such crap helps a lot. Most things in Skype are still really broken but it lasted long enough for about 5 games yesterday (and probably more)

Nawwww I'm good on that. Most of the stuff I'll do is for others anyways at this point. I've pretty much done everything I've wanted for myself, at least.
Will say that the idea of a second box going completely slipped my mind though, but I would wonder if putting up a VM that is dedicated to 'the leseser things' like Skype wouldn't be a bad idea. That's a theory I should test. It would at least sandbox the apps from getting maimed by GameGuard.
Ace has tried running Pangya in VMware 7 and it works so I wonder if the opposite is true with Skype and Pangya on the outside at the same time or if it would crash VMware... |

Running Pangya in VMWare is a cautious experiment in sandboxing.
Running VMWare without Pangya inside it is a recipe for annihilation.

I assumed this but with either alternative, I might as well try it when I get the chance. VMware seems to lag against Pangya, even on really good systems. |
