I swear my room is the hottest damn room in the house. I have the ceiling fan and the oscillating fan both on high and it's still humid and burning up. I might sleep with A) no sheet, B) no pajamas or C) both tonight.

How's it hangin' for the rest of you?

<Me>Really? Okay, then... *turns off his room's AC and opens window*

I blame it on the fact that when the sun sets my room is the corner room and therefore gets hit by the sun on two walls and the roof.

Blaugh.

My parents' house tends to resemble a meat freezer. I'm very cold-tolerant usually and I end up bundling up in blankets and/or my bathrobe or turning the heat up.

Of course, it doesn't help that the temperature outside was like 42° for days, in May.

[hyperbole]

surface of sun = temperature of this room at all times

[/hyperbole]

Opening windows, or turning on the AC doesn't help at all. I haven't got much sleep in the past two weeks because it's been so damn hot.

Ugh, somehow the back rooms of the house get the least amount of AC, which probably has something to do with the fact that both rooms have two windows. But it doesn't help when one has a computer that runs hot.

God, it's like a sauna and my parents are very adamant in not turning on the AC until mid-June or something.

Heat wave starting on Sunday here. (Well... consistent temperatures above 20 at any rate.)

Gonna have to turn on the AC soon enough. My room doesn't get a lot of the circulation from the AC so I either have to leave the door open or bake in my room during the summer.

Central AC is a wonderful thing

Just turn the little thermostat and lay down next to one of the vents.

Though normally that's necessary only if I just did physical activity. Which is rarely

It'll get to 70°F today, which is not too bad, considering that it only got to like 50° for much of last week... =D

We have our own separate AC unit as our litte corner of the house was an addition put on later. We're renting with my in-laws but its like we have our own apartment since its got its own bathroom and a small room for our son. We can keep the temperature right where we want it.

It's 82 now and I think it was up to 89 earlier but I'm not sure. Had a nice breeze.

We tend to have our a/c on at 70 all the time.

But yes... my brother's room is naturally the hottest one in the house... I kinda blame his CPU, playstation 3, and lava lamp

I'd rather handle the cold, honestly. As long as the wind isn't going, I can walk out with tee and pants in 40 degree F weather and not really have a problem with it.

We get to 95F or above with humidity and I don't enjoy it.

What

Mix the intense heat with the moisture in the air here, and it rains almost every day!
