I like the new look. Then again, I've been in their beta program for at least a few months. :p

I don't really like the new logo that much though. Needs more... dimensionality?

Well guess what, the old one was actually a 3D rendering. The new one is 2D. Yes, you read right.

There are also other issues with it - for example, it's way too small compared to the old logo. No one really likes it.

Another change I've noticed is that the new lighter blue "unclicked link" colour is similar to the old "external link" colour, making me think that a lot of links are pointing to places other than Wikipedia.

For those that don't like the new wikipedia and want something a bit similar in colors and whatnot, there's always Mobile Wikipedia. It's a bit bare and lacking in features but there isn't much blue. And some user CSS can remove the show/hide buttons. Honestly, though, may as well User CSS the blue out of the full wikipedia page if you're going to do that, but it's just another option to consider. :p

Personally, if they'd move the search bar back over on the left side, I'd be happy. I don't have any real opinion one way or the other about the look, but the search box moving takes away points in my book.

Like everything about it except the search box location. It took me about half a minute when I first loaded the site to find that sucker. Looks like it threw everyone for a loop.

Google needs to take a page out of Wikipidea's book and give people an option to revert the change if they don't like it. In this case I probably would have gotten used to the search bar being at the top of the page but I decided to switch back to the old layout anyway .

Though, if they do it, please do not require registration to switch to the old layout like Wikipedia does.
