Fuck yeah, this game is awesome so far!

Aside from the Zelda homage going on, 5 minutes in and there's already been references to Final Fantasy (a few, actually), Dragon Warrior, and Mega Man!

This is my new second-favorite Zelda game.

Seriously, it really does feel like Zelda 2. Except by that I mean a direct sequel to Zelda 1, and not the weird-but-awesome one we got that scrolls sideways. Everything I know from playing Zelda has proven correct, down to "use bombs on the second boss, because he dislikes smoke." Even though it WASN'T a dodongo, and I sure as fuck never had to run that fast away from one before.

There is no such thing as enough recommendation for this game. Holy hell. Almost as happy with this purchase as I was with Nier.

After about 4+ hours, I've completed Radd. Of Kid Radd fame, it's the legendary hero sprite from a long-lost game!

He works really well, looks nice and I put a lot of effort in to making him look from all sides as close to his original sprites as possible without making it look goofy. Overall, quite fun to make but the editor lacks a few functions I could die for. Time to actually play the game (As him of course!).

This game is amazing, it's probably the first game in a long time that has actually glued me to the TV screen and didn't make me want to take periodic breaks. I'm almost 20 hours in and I still haven't beaten it (although I have done a lot of exploring so that's where most of the time comes from) but I'm on my way to the final area now. I hope that we see more recreations of classic games like this in the future

So yeah, I finally picked this game up. I worked an extra two days for work just to snag this. And so far, I am loving it.

I love it how you have a redonkulous sword, and yet there is still a challenge to this game. It's perfect! I died on the first boss!

Well, that's pretty much where I am at the moment (I had work this past couple of days. So right now I am going to continue playing it as much as I can.)

I am also debating on using a guide for this game so I can get everything right off the bat.

E- Oh yeah, and my Hero's name is Ralph. Because there is no hero in the world named Ralph, and thus, this name should be the first.
