Ooh, the Jul and TCRF panes are working now

The contrast could be a little better in the TCRF pane. Overall, I like the look though.

It's above 800x600. Since not everyone browses fullscreen (and especially with mobile browsing being more and more popular), even that's pretty big for a minimum resolution.

1024x768 and higher seems to be the new majority. And Jul isn't a mobile friendly website. My blackberry does ok since it doesn't use post CSS but its a little jumbled together in areas.
