I thought we had a Jul'er or 2 in Oklahoma. I hope everyone is alright. I remember hearing the sirens when I lived in Broken Arrow, OK. We were lucky to never have one get closer than 15 miles to our house, but its a scary night when you hear the sirens blazing. I can't imagine what its like to actually go through one. I've been through hurricanes, but this is like a few square miles of hurricane damage imposed on one house.

We got our ass kicked by them last week in AR on two different days. Less deaths/injuries, though. It's going to be an active summer for us in the Plains.

40? That's absolutely crazy. That has to be a record for most tornadoes in one day.

The most I've ever heard before this was 8. I could be wrong though.

Natural disasters are become more... disastrous... of late. Hurricanes, earthquakes, and tornadoes, oh my!

At least a scenario like this didn't play out there. Which is why I jump to the basement when a tornado watch is issued. Last paragraph of page four is when the tornado LITERALLY went past my street.
