I found these videos from youtube. They are known as COLUMBUS ISRAELITES

It's basically people preaching the Gospol of Jesus Christ. But in an extreme way. Calling people 'Motherfuckers', 'Ya'll people', and using slang as 'Nigga' and other means.

Shouting at someone and calling them obscenities does nothing but turn them further away from religion. God is love and the only way to show people God is to show love. Jesus said exactly that, John 13:35 "By this all men will know that you are My disciples, if you have love for one another."

This video just shows what religion has done, which basically gone the opposite direction of what Jesus taught the whole time he was here. They claim to want to get people saved, but what they're doing is instilling hatred for the church in the people they are yelling at.

I'm pretty sure that story went with him trying to study on it only to be ousted because he wasn't a 'tried and true' member of it. It's been a while since I've looked that up.

I've got people I put up with that are all 'end of days is coming' because they're all big on the shit in Revelations right now because 'omg world is in crisis and God will eventually end it all'. This is coming from grown men twice my age.

And people wonder why I've abstained from any religious stance with agnosticism. I figure if I can be a good person, I don't really have to use religion as a clutch to shift the gears and do so...but for many there can't be an altruistic reason on it so they have to have a fallback to keep that momentum. But it goes from being a clutch to a crutch when you get people that go all fundamentalist about it.

I don't really condone someone for believing in a religion at all. If it works for you and you've done the thought process of figuring out if it -is- right for you, then I don't care what you pick as long as you aren't an asshole about it and about other people. A lot of people's stances aren't that passive about it, though, and that's the problem when we get into an age where everyone has information about everyone's beliefs the world over and we're suddenly finding ourselves challenging everyone's beliefs more and more and getting into a panic over it.
