| Actually there is a possibility that this could be legit. Let me explain, the mind is a VERY powerful part of our bodies and sometimes it can do crazy stuff. There is a psychosis that basically makes a person exhibit all the signs of being pregnant; it is usually triggered with intense emotional distress (like your husband being away at war) and is usually paired with a clingy personality. Basically your mind tricks your body into being pregnant. Your breasts get fuller and start producing milk; you begin lactating; the usual weight gain and swelling; morning sickness; the whole works. This disorder is a very real and possible explanation if her story is true... |
