I don't think we'll see speeds that fast on any commercial aircraft any time soon. Not sure about you, but I think 2700º external temperature would make the cabin a bit toasty inside, lol. But damn thats fast!
I think they're called gravity dampeners on Star Trek, lol. If it was a gradual acceleration to mach 6 then you could withstand the g-force, but a quick speed up to 4500mph would most likely squish you into jelly on the back bulkhead.

Heck, at that speed and the likely near-instant acceleration, you'd be LUCKY if there was jelly.

Well, if we start pulling common day-to-day stuff a la The Journeyman Project (circa 2310) any time soon in something affordable...just...yea.
Course if we're only at the stage of transmitting photons from point A to point B and over a margin of about 3 meters, that's still got a long way to go.
