I chugged through the Ice Gym using Red Gyarados. It's almost like cheating!

(I pretty much had to, my main guys are Grass, Rock, and Water.)

My worst was easily Lance. Refused to use Ice or Ice types.

I'm fairly interested regardless, since it's got Beldum in it. STAB Zen Headbutt with its stats is a good substitute over Meteor Mash.

Anyone interested in butting heads or going co-op in Frontier tonight? Gotta check to see how my pokes are once in a while. I'll probably take some time to level the crew coming up here soon.

Trying not to get completely absorbed by Agarest so I'm making breaks every so often.

EDIT: Straight-throughed some leveling. Six pokes at L60 now.

Went against FP and Supa.

2-0, 3-0 respectively (4v4, 6v6). Both have fairly decent teams. Supa's got a strong Flygon, sports multiple shinies. FP's got a pretty powerful Salamence. Pretty much had to use some less than fair tactics to beat both.

Electivire rocks the type coverage. Not even a grudge could keep him down

Next time I probably won't use him though. Kinda unfair I guess. ;;

Also, I love the shiny Magneton colours FP :o

His Machamp hit with DynamicPunch and my Salamence went 3 for 3 hurting itself in confusion. Later took it out using Torterra and a lucky Earthquake. Still though, wasn't enough to get him in the end.

FakeEdit: Just lost to Tyty in a 6v6. His Electivire is trained really well and physical sweeped my entire team. So I didn't even have a chance to do anything.

Personally, I was very big on ice types and Cloyster back in G/S, so I'd be partial to that...however, in this gen it's getting to the point when Cloyster and Steelix both have suffered a severe fall from grace with the abundant presence of fire types.

Rhyperior wouldn't be a bad choice if you're looking for ATK+DEF, in that regard.
