The problem with terrorism in open place like Times Square is that there is NOTHING that one can do about it until it's happened or failed to happen. Nothing stops a person from driving a car bomb into times square and detonating it, nor a suicide bomber from entering an airport and blowing up outside the security gate. Preventative measures only work in secure places, not the public... ____________________  |
