I decided to add the japanese hack from a while ago ~
it claims to be at world one, so that's what it says up there too

updates/additions

* bumped up the beta's level count
* also linked to its website
* added the unnamed hack

When I'm finished with the main work (which will take some months) I'm editing the music, backgrounds and the tilesets maybe!

But as I said, my work is not based in just a 1:1 remake!
The whole challenge is to find the star coins by solving the puzzles!

My game is not just a "Jump N' Run" ^^

btw. I need 7-10 hours for remaking a single level! (+ hidden star coins)
I don't think he'll spent more time on them

However, we'll see!
I personally think, my hack is the best NSMB hack ever *smile*

i have been spending a LOT of time on the level design, trying to make it perfect. the background option in the 5.2 beta i perfect.

anyway, i have been juggling 5 different nsmb hacks at once, and i'm trying to make sure each hack has had equal time and effort.

new retro mario bros. 3 will be released sometime within the week. you can take a look at all the glory soon coming to your ds.

Yeah, it's hard... as I said...this isn't just a 1:1 copy!

My game will have a lot of hard and nice challenge levels!
The only thing which makes me angry is the shitty music-tutorial on this board

Can't understand the content. I tried to do put some new songs, but the rom has crashed always...

well it seems SKJmin has some great levels, but by the sounds of things, it isn't staying true to the original smb3. because, the original smb3 was just a jump-and-run, so my hack will be more accurate in terms of staying true to the original.
