Okay.

480M - 100W power draw.

That's going to be a hot laptop.

Wow, 2GB video card in a laptop... Thats overkill. My ATI 5650 1GB gets really hot, even with a laptop cooler underneath. Unfortunately, the video card is placed just beneath where my left palm rests... Gets pretty uncomfortable after a while. I can't imagine this monster after an hour or more of gaming with settings on ultra.

At that point I would figure it'd be hot enough to fry an egg. Literally. The amount of fan that was coming off the desktop model made it seem like it was about ready to take off when set to 100%.

I can't imagine this is far from it. I would hope to heck it has one hell of a fan on the bottom side...but even then that probably wouldn't be enough against Crysis Warhead on max settings.

Wow, this seems much like my 3 GHz Conroe self-destructor Pentium 4 chip.

That's not a laptop, it's a desktop with a screen! You'd probably get scorch marks on your legs if you used it on your lap. D:

This seems like the perfect boiler - you can play FPS games online while cooking your meal.

They should build a little compartment on the side to vent the heat to. It could act as a mini convection over and heat your pizza while you play!
