Actually, according to Can You Run It, I can't. So unless there's a free demo available, I'm not gonna put the money into a game that might not work...

(incidentally, is there a CD release or am I gonna have to get Steam? My DVD drive broke.)

You can try popping open the Portal: First Slice demo and see if that runs decently. Same engine, just a bit faster due to the lack of things going on.

*Sniffle* my poor flamethrower. While the Airblast buff is appreciated, and the concept of a Backburner buff is nice (the Backburner will probably always be the "n00b weapon", given its basic nature), the nerf is just painful. Poor Pyro, your dps is sad now.

Hooray! The homewrecker actually has a purpose now! The ability to remove sappers is up there on my list of useful things for a pyro. I still don't like his movement toward a support class role, though.

	New hats and weapons available Got the Whiskered Gentleman from crafting today, which ought to be Misc. instead of a hat (I want to have Beanie out too). Also, I like the sound of the new Sniper melee weapon (Bleeding is like an afterburn). Also, for some reason, Ze Goggles have the word "Nothing" as a description. Don't know if it's just the site, though... Edit: Also, the Pyro fix wasn't too bad, but people still complain about it. That, and they killed building on the Blu spawn near the first point on Gorge. ____________________
