| I agree that they advertised a feature and then subsequently removed them makes them bogus, sure, but at the same time I just have a feeling that Sony already has those rights to do so covered up in ridiculous fine print when you bought the machine.
Then again, perhaps this is one of those cases where they guys took the time and the effort to read through said fine print, find holes in the argument, and jump on the case after considering it. Within three weeks time, though? Not so sure. |

| One of the major points covered, though, is if they rule against the plaintiff on something like this, it could pave the way to pull access from PSN being free just because they have something to go on with tempo.
They've been wanting to do that for a while now. |
