/define high-calorie food product
Well you know, the things with all the mass from sugar, size, and servings---hey I don't need to explain this do I?
Let me explain more thoroughly. I just ordered this CHERRY-CHEESE DANISH (ChryDnsh for you 8-letter inventory-types) for a snack because I was feeling a little...un-full. I take a look at the back of the package, and whoops it's 480 Calories, 200 from Fat. That's a bit much for a snack, don't you think? Deciding to wait for lunch on this one.
Or maybe I'm just over-reacting a bit. What do you think, any food products that ended up looking like the Calorie content was too high for your taste(at the time)? Am I making a larger deal out of this ChryDnsh than you would? Do you even look at the nutrition label? Share here!
I agree with you 100% - I was just having a conversation about this with my mom last night after watching the new episode of Jamie Oliver's Food Revolution. It's ridiculous the amount of calories that are in packaged foods, it's simply not necessary..
I don't remember what exactly its called, but this pastry thing my mother-in-law brought home was 100 calories each... Its the size of a small friggin cookie! Its like a baked swirl thing covered in a little glaze. And she warned us they're 100 calories, lol. But they taste sooooo good! I had 2 last night. It took all my willpower to not eat 4 more then down it with a big glass of whole milk.
I have no interest in being thin, so it doesn't really matter to me the calorie count Some of the other nutririon information I'll look at, to see what vitamins and other nutrients are in the food.
I walked all the way to BurgerKing and ordered 4 double cheeseburgers for myself, including a king sized drink and one order of king sized onion rings.

Oh suure you don't. Unless you plan on cosplaying yourself in which case I would cut off the 5-pizzas-per-day rule. (joke)

I really don't care about my health really.
What about your wallet? I mean sure, health is one thing, but your money seems to be draining at a steady fast rate there. You want the money for a new house? You stockpile your earnings, only using what you have to. ($.88 3-minute microwave pizza actually isn't a bad supper if you add a little to the side)
As for me, it's 12:00 now. Gimme my damn ChryDnsh because it's lunch-time.
(...feels kind of sticky...on the bottom. Top feels fine.)

Even if one double cheeseburger is only one dollar each?
Doesn't really hurt my wallet, but it will cut down my life span for each time I make this purchase.
I haven't been keeping eye on my calories, so it doesn't really matter how my calorie diet is, since my weight has stayed the same regardless of what I'm eating.
I don't usually look at it, because I don't know how to count that thing.
I don't really buy food unless I'm hungry, though, and I don't eat any high-calorie food. I don't visit fast foods either.
I'm a pretty small person so I couldn't eat excess amounts of food even if I wanted to, which is nice on my wallet I guess. I don't count calories, but I try to avoid junk foods entirely.
Kicking that snacking habit is a great way to start improving your diet.

Umm.. yeah.. hasn't really affected my health in any way, my stomach is like a black hole anyways, yet I'm still skinny and I still must wear a belt because of my waist.

Yeah, this is pretty much my mindset. I'm pretty much always the same weight, yay metabolism.

Although I do have a little bit of belly fat, but not by much. Still, I'm like thin in other parts of my body and I definitely don't have any muscles either.
I drink a lot of water at school and such because I get thirsty easily and I've been dehydrated before. Vomiting all night and having a headache from being dehydrated and feeling too weak from it to walk is not fun.

Looks like I'm not the only one that drinks lots of water.
Not to mention that I also drink lots of tea too.

it is pretty simple just eat according to your caloric usage and don't eat junk food all the time
