I wasn't able to sleep well last night either. I'm running on about4 hours of sleep (?), I'm really not sure.

I stayed up past 3 in the morning, I woke up at 8:30 however so even though I got a little bit more sleep, I'm still very sleep deprived.

Tried to sleep at 11:30pm. That didn't work and I know I was awake at 2am.

I woke up at 5am for work.

I almost woke up early since I could have sworn I heard some noise, but I just pushed the blanket back over my head so I could go back to sleep.

My dream/nightmare was equally as bad, I don't think I should mention my dream though since it involved an 3D'ish world.

I suppose that's true, the way that I think definitely won't help me, the way that I'm thinking right now anyways.

I'll probably stay up most of the night though, but doing what? I don't really know..

   If you can't sleep, lay on your back and imagine yourself floating around, swimming in the air. I always float around my flat, then swim/fly (depends) through the window and just go.. somewhere. Sometimes I'll just swim up to the sky. That usually tires me and I lay on my back and fall asleep.
As an added bonus, it's extremely fun!

Don't try staying awake all night unless you've got an reason, though, it isn't good for your health and you'll feel even more tired tomorrow.

Sadly I'm not that young to be trying such things, not to mention that my bed is actually a couch and not an actual bed. Though that does sound peaceful, I always imagine myself on some spinning thingy instead.

I don't think that is related to your age at all. I'm 15 years which probably still is young, but I don't feel like that (even though I'd like to). Your imagination is infinite however old you may be.

But I feel so old, though I'm not in my 40's, but I still feel so old anyways, plus as I continue to grow older my mind will start to forget useful things.

   I don't feel young nor old! I think it's all relative. I feel mature, but not old. I can be childish sometimes, along with very serious. I've met people who act very different to their age. It doesn't matter what age you are, you can act however you want!

Then I suppose that I act the opposite, my inner spirit is young, but my body is aging very fast.

Our minds never really grow up, they just get clogged up with life as our body ages.

I find myself imagining things all the time. I know it sounds really stupid to say it out loud, but I sometimes pretend I have wolverine claws and can slice through anything... and I'll be 24 in less than a week! I don't express these types of things in front of other people, but thats what the imagination is for. You, yourself, and thats it.
