Today I went on a class trip to a homeless shelter and helped them sort out the food donations that they had received. I must have sorted at least 100 cans of spam (and about 500 cans of tuna ).

I wasn't either until I tried this. The taste of it all together is really good. The rice blands it up a bit but the spam adds some texture. I find I like the seaweed on it because its salty.
