I walk to work (after I get off the subway), walk around a lot at work and walk back to the subway when I go home.

So yeah, no real exercise, but enough walking. Plus I take stairs at work instead of elevators.

I have no means of transportation of my own, save for the shuttle, so I do a lot of walking to/from class every day. I try to go walking around campus for at least 30 minutes every day, but lately things like stress and finals have been interfering. I keep track of how many laps around campus I do every day (1 = ~10 minutes) and I'm disappointed by the number of zeros this month.

I really should exercise more, though.

Paulguy's Post configuration
Basically never, and I don't go to class or work to walk. I'll ever couple (though lately it's been every few ) days kinda run in place or do jumping jacks for ~20 minutes just so I don't have to catch my breath for simple shit. It seems to be maintaining alright, but I need to do it more or else I'll get back to how bad I was a couple months ago. D:

And yeah, I also hope my metabolism stays where it's at, which is really kinda perfect. I'm not really fat but I'm not a stick either. Just would like to be less lazy so I can work on building muscle, but that'll never ever happen.

I ride my bike everywhere I go, unless there is some need for driving the truck (extremely long distances like 40+ miles, or needing to haul something). I try to stay active on top of that playing various sports / etc. when I get the opportunity. I'd like to start running on a regular basis everyday as well.

I go running daily and if I can walk somewhere I usually do walk there.

I've certainly let myself go after getting married and having kids. Being married in to a Hawaiian family doesn't help either, always eating. At least its good food, not exactly healthy but tastes great!

My wife and I are going to join the gym that my in-laws go to, we just have to figure out what to do with the babies while we go. But we could walk more, though its difficult when she's tired from a day of screaming kids and I'm tired after a day of work.

Pretty much every day, plus even more on weekends. I try to do at least a 2 mile run every day and every other day I do weight training. On weekends I like to ride my bicycle at least 4 hours per day.

I took another morning jog today, while I get the day off from work today like I do on every monday, the jog however didn't make too much of a difference for me, even though I took out more of my free time and dedicated more of it for jogging.

I'm gonna jog later when I go to get lunch, which will be whatever time I feel like going.

It takes 15 minutes of speed-walking to get from one side of campus to the other, which if I decide to go to my classes over there means at least half an hour. Normally when I'm coming back, I'm going uphill and not rushing, so it can take upwards of 25 minutes.

I also normally take the stairs, especially since I once raced the elevator and won I think they make it go extra slow on purpose...
