(I didn't create a poll because this can vary by a lot.)

How often do you exercise? Or maybe you like to go walking or jogging every morning when its so nice outside? And I find that running errands or lifting some objects count as exercise.. well to me anyways.

Personally, I go walking every morning, plus I go walking to work and walk on my way back home, and sometimes I will lift a heavy object or carry something for the other person. Lately I have added some more time to my walking to help with my depression and I seem to be somewhat improving a little bit and I've been getting more tea for my body so I can stay in good shape.

But yeah, I exercise maybe about a quarter of my day total if I add up all my time for that day, and I feel like I'm contributing enough, and putting in time.

(Not sure if this thread has been created before.)

I started walking by foot from school recently(-ish). It isn't far, just about, let's see... 3,3 kilometers. But I still find it relaxing. Other then that, I don't really exercise much. I do have P.E. (or how you call it) in school, though.
I should probably start exercising more.

I'm glad to hear that, you sound a lot more positive too

A lot, because I'm pretty reliant on my bicycle to get around Even in the winter, I walk to the bus stop and the grocery store.

Living without a car has the advantage of more opportunities to exercise.

Every single day, for 20-30 minutes, via Wii Fit.

I have some decent muscles and a pseudo-6-pack now.

It's great for walking up multiple floors of stairs really fast.

Last night I did the most exercise I have ever done in my life. I went to Apex also known as Gaypex and danced from 11-3 in the morning without stopping. I saw a drag queen runway show too which was pretty awesome

I live within walking distance of several stores, so I usually walk to them instead of taking the car... and working at Staples, I sometimes have to move heavy office equipment around. =P

Oh, I also like Dance Dance Revolution, though I haven't had the chance to play even though I have a pad for the last few months, because it makes noise and neighbors don't like it..
I remember being able to jump the 6th difficulty (stars? I don't remember) on StepMania and getting an AA.

I agree with you, Terra.

Not to mention that its much closer and doesn't take really long or takes about the same amount of time to get to work, and saves gas for those that do drive a motor vehicle. I know that someday I will have to learn how to drive, I'm 25 (almost 26) and I still do not know how to drive a motor vehicle.

I'm 22 and never got a driver's licence. In some places, you really don't need to drive to get around. Sadly, I don't live in such a place now and have to rely on cabs and my mom sometimes

Sometimes I find myself relying on certain modes of transportation, such as the public buses that tend to get overcrowded, though I only go on one of those very rarely, other times my brother or sister will offer to take me to where I need to go to and I will hop a ride with one of them. Hopefully someday I can rely on myself than my brother or sister or public transportation though.

This, though usually I get rides from my friends stepfather instead of my mom.

A big problem here is that my school offers many classes, especially in my degree programme, only in the evenings with no daytime alternative, and the only bus route that services the school has its last bus around 6:30. Paying $26/week for cabs on just the 2 days I had to ride them home was rather painful.

School can be a big issue for some, there's a place few towns away in a big city as to where I must take the real test for my A+ Certification, and that's not gonna be an easy task since the public transportation around here only serve a portion of the state that I actually live in and the other parts of the state would either require taking a cab or relying on my brother or sister, or even my boss whom offered to take me up there when I need to take my test. And cabs can get quite costly indeed. But the buses I rarely take costs about $1.25 per ride and there is a very slight discount for the elderly and children.

Here they recently increased it from $1.50 to $2.00 per ride, and they don't seem to have expanded the pitifully infrequent service or tiny coverage area. Also, it used to be you could just pay $0.25 more to get a pass to come back, but they stopped allowing that (they can now only be used to transfer to a different route) so my daily bus fare ballooned from $1.75 to $4.00

Oh, and some suburbs refuse to allow buses because supposedly it would bring Blacks into the area. There's some stigma about White people riding the bus around here, they're in the Motor City and are supposed to own a car. A lot of buses will only have like 5 people on the whole bus. I've even been on several as the only passenger.

Pretty much never. I'm a lazy bum. The only "exercise" I usually get is walking to class.

I'm hoping my metabolism doesn't slow down any time soon, because then I might actually have to start exercising if I want to stay thin.

I run for around an hour everyday right now, though that is because of track. If it isn't track or cross country season I run forty-five minutes everyday. That's pretty much it though.

Almost everyday. Usually by riding my bike or just walking/jogging.
