It's a decent download for the price I paid for it in my opinion (560 MSP). 3 chapters and new achievements to get is pretty good too, you get the Baseball Bat & the Golf Club & you do get the talk to the Left for Dead crew in the beginning but they're more like dissing each other. Nick called Francis a Monkey!
The Passing takes place between Chapters 1 and 2, so if you have this game & wanna see the outcome give it a shot. Or you can wait when the price lowers down in a few months.

Or if you have the Stream version of L4D2, you get the Passing for free. Them's the breaks I guess; Valve games on consoles have always carried some kind of extra cost (whether monetary or otherwise.)
I noticed that it seemed to be a bit harder than any of the original campaigns. I found the hidden message from Frank West too, and also the sad part when you find the original character who dies toward the end. That gas run is way more tedious than in the mall in Dead Center, by a long shot. Especially with AI companions who are no help at all in a situation that demands strategy rather than lumping all together so a Tank can kill you all at once by throwing a car.

I just started to play L4D2 that I got from Gamefly. I doubt I'll get the DLC. Planning on playing it late tonight if anyone wants to join. I've got two spots left and it's the 360 version.
