After my last post in the Bugs thread, I wondered whether that was my longest post here, so I did an [trope]ArchiveBinge[/trope] through my 366 previous posts.

As I've already said once before, I'm surprised by how correct my writing was back in my first posts (even though I did find some mistakes, which I corrected), how many posts I spent in the "Solve the Word or Sentence!" thread...

I was also surprised that, while I prided myself in thinking that I was never n00bed, I was, actually-- twice!

After Danielle's post saying how much great time she spent with you guys, I'd have to say I'm starting to feel similar, even though I haven't been an important or long-time part of Acmlm. Looking back at all my posts here, I'm pretty amused by how I'm always annoyed at my lack of posting (or rather, lurking), but I'm happy that I at least gave an effort towards that. (Anya makes me want to post more, but... I'd start again, but I've been playing way too much HeartGold for my own good recently...).

I once posted that I'd watch some anime, yet I still haven't tried any of those suggestions (except Pani Poni Dash, which I loved). Yes, I feel like I've spent some great times here, but there's still so much to do, and I know I'm going to have even less time once I graduate from my high school in two years. Funny, how I only start thinking about the future after reviewing the past on an Internet forum...

This is the place that introduced me to [trope]TVTropes[/trope], Haruhi Suzumiya, Touhou, Metroid, MS Paint Adventures...

How important are Justus League 2 and the Acmlm boards in general to you guys?

Jul and Acmlm's have been pretty important to me. I feel like I live here *hugs everyone* *hands out some cute furry stuffed kitties*

I joined Acmlm's Board long ago to ask ROM hacking questions, but I grew to really like the community and the software of Acmlm's Board. I left because of drama and issues but over time realized that I missed all of you so much, so I came back last September.

As a teen, it was the place I'd escape to when I was fed up with school and RL shit going on. I still remember my first spree in November of 2002. I was very depressed and overpressured and most of my RL friends deserted me (it was temporary, but it was never the same again afterward and we drifted apart). It's like I took my negative emotions and turned them into posting power, getting like 20 posts in an hour and having a pretty good time during one of the worst times of my life.

My first post back on Board 2 (when ||board existed and Jul was Just Us League 2) was me shoving together a hacked Super Mario World level to demonstrate this. Xk referred to it as "awesome in a can".

I still want to figure out how that scroller works...

Well, it's not central to my life, but Jul and the old Acmlmboards are a nice diversion.

Yes, that includes fighting idiots. If only they knew their behavior entertained me rather than the shock and awe they keep trying for and failing.

Hmm...I would have to say it means a lot. Especially back in the day. I could go into more but I have to head out for work.

I've really enjoyed it here in the almost 6 months I've been here already... it went by so quickly... =/

Although I have left a couple times, I would always come back to Jul whenever I felt like it... and I feel like I fit in right here much better now than when I first came here. =D

I don't feel like I have a home here or anywhere else on the internet, I didn't even have a home at IBM in 3D land. :/

So I guess I'm only here because I have no where else to go, I'm surprised many people haven't figured out yet that I'm 'Pegasus' and 'AgentT' with the ID numbers 1131 and 1738. I kinda feel crappy this way, but then again its just me feeling this way because I'm still healing from a painful fake relationship and many fake friendships in that virtual world.

This place is pretty much my internet home. Even though I'm rarely here as of late.

Yeah, I almost never visit other forums now; I used to, if this place was dead for a bit, but that... isn't exactly the case now. This forum is pretty high-priority, though.

When I was on the original Acmlm Board starting in 2002, I felt like it was my home.

But seeing as this is Jul, not sure if the same magical feeling will make its way back towards me.

Aren't most people from back then still here? I mean, yeah, people left, but looking everywhere, this is probably the largest grouping of old Almlm-ers.

I doubt the "magical feeling" of now would be too different.

Many of them are long gone, but there are a lot still here I think we have about 10 active users from 2001, and many from 2002 and 2003, too.

I'm sure not many people remember me because of the Miles name that I inherited for myself from SL.

Does that mean I should just reveal who I am from my profile instead?

Most people should know that I was Pegasus/AgentT with ID numbers 1131 and 1738.

I wasn't there to know any Pegasus or AgentT, but if that was you and you were more of a newb and did shameful things (to you), who cares? It's better now, it happens to everyone.

Besides, stop thinking of the past. This is a nostalgia thread, yes, but they're generally good memories. If there are bad ones, just forget them.

Though I wasn't around for Acmlm's I still would watch my brother on them when he was still in the same household. He showed me a couple of cool hacks and I asked if I could make an account, but he told me I couldn't because of one user per IP.

Though Jul has recently started to become a daily thing for me. I actually being able to talk to someone other than my biased family. So yeah, it is pretty important to me, even though my school was watching me post and then added Jul to the filter.

You're right Delpolo, I really should try to forget about the bad things in my past.

Still, I feel as though I'm just a ghost to the people that I used to know.

And while I'm at it, perhaps this link will give people a better idea of who I really am.

Checking your last thread shows people who were sad that you were leaving.

Is that supposed to be negative? Seems like people liked you before (even though you were younger), and still do now.

Yea, my sister likes to lurk at Jul every once in a while, but I explicitly told her not to register because of IP addresses. It would be fine if she weren't living with me, though... but then again, she doesn't seem interested in registering anyway. =/

Schala, I'm sure mods would understand not to IP-ban your sister if the situation ever arose, once they know that you two use the same one.

I don't see any other problems with sharing an IP address.

Yeah, there was never a problem a long time ago when my 6'5" cousin registered his own account on the same IP address that I'm still using to this day.

That was from my experience way back in 2003 anyways.

So you should be fine, Schala.
