Seriously, I'm trying, but the language's incredibly complex, what with the weird sentence structure and the thousands of kanji which sometimes resemble each other

I'll just take the damn class when I go to college next year

i remeber this was called Cardcaptors and was dubbed by 4kids anyway i absolutely hate this series..lol it's just the japanese voice of sakura i find annoying i wonder why genoen didn't dubb it?

does it get good later on or not?

Sentence structure isn't THAT weird. Although, yes, Kanji is hard.

Anyway, I love CCS. Never got a chance to finish it though. Should really do that sometime.

I have seen the Movies, but not the actual show.

The movies were OK I guess. A little too "I love you, but im too scared to express myself" whole thing that I see in 231% of all anime out there.

Okay, rule #1: you cannot watch the movies without watching the other 70 episodes beforehand.

Well, you can actually watch Movie1 wherever it's supposed to happen (memory failure), but the second one must be watched afterwards.

Cardcaptors was an failed attempt at using video footage in a different way than it was intended. I hope that whoever thought transforming what is clearly a anime aimed towards girls into a cartoon marketed to boys was fired.

Uhm...it's probably the flagship animé for Clamp as it stands.

If you've overkilled on One Piece and only One Piece...you can do better. OP isn't that bad but it's not the best thing in the world for this genre.

Can't really say CCS is too high up in my books either, but it's not a bad one nonetheless.
