This is a bit obscure, but I bet some most of you have played many games anyway.

Just list your favorite game song; I.E. what game it's from and its name. If you lack its real name, obviously just say where you hear it.

For starters, my favorite is the Sonic and Knuckles Doomsday Theme. Lots of angry minor key progressions, plus a continuous attack of notes.

(Blame the music terms on my short music education)

Unfortunately, it is very hard for me to pick just one song that I like the most out of any video game. I like several, if not most. Sonic songs will always have a place in my heart, as will Mega Man themes and other memorable themes from game franchises. Metal Man's stage will always be near my top of the list, it being my favorite Mega Man level of all time and the one I have played the most in my life ever since I was a child. The song is very catchy and is one of the more well thought out songs in a Mega Man game.

In what scientists are calling an utter cop-out, I'm going to list a bunch of favorites and not come up with an all-time one.

Demon's Crest
- First level's theme.

Earthbound
- Cave of the Past
- First Giygas theme (the one that turns utterly metal if you let it go long enough)
- The eight melodies theme
- Because I Love You, Ness (Ending theme)
- Every Runaway 5 song except the first one on stage

Battletoads
- Everything

Iron Sword
- That one song that Earthbound makes an homage to during the Giygas battle

Random Games
- Ice Frontier (A song by Skaven, which has been used in many a thing)

Super Metroid
- Lower Norfair

You win for just saying Skaven. That guy's music is epic. I like his Rama Gardens 1.5 song. Don't think its a video game song though.

Anyway, I could have easily listed my game songs that I like, but I like so many its hard to even compile a list. I like the Windwaker battle music for when you are about to get a new weapon, there is Hikari from Kingdom Hearts, Space Paranoids from KHII, Game Corner from Pokemon D/P, then songs from music games like Wi-Ex-Doc-Va, Pump Jump, Love Shine, Phantom, Aoi Shodou, Moon, and video game remixes like Get Down with MAX, Marisa Stole the Precious Thing, and just too much more.

I don't even think I have all my favorites on this computer as it is.

Actually, on that note, a lot of my favorite songs I tend to forget or wear out Sometimes I'll forget all about them, too, until I'm suddenly and inexpicably reminded of them later.

And while my "mid-fav" playlist has a lot, some of them are just there for how bad they are (HELLO, TEMPLE-RUINS) or are there twice, etc.

They should just have a "once accepted, always accepted" policy (execepting stolen or requested removals)... but their policy to even get a mix approved seems bad enough.

I just think they should accept more remixes and let the users vote on them, like ormgas does.
