Ok, I'm working on this, so its not done, but I have the first 4 levels done. The fifth is to come up, and so is the bowser level. Well, here are the pictures, with more to come.








Currently there is no story, and there probably won't be, but if it turns out to be too hard for people (Which I doubt), I might make an easier version. Well, now for the patch.

I hope you like it, and be sure to give me feedback, glitch info and more specific, on star 1 of cool cool mountain, go out the door on the bottom of the slide if you can and tell me if your game freezes, because it does it to me, but might not do it to others. Thank you for playing my mod!

I'm sorry that I'm being hypercritical, but from those screenshots it only looks like you wrangled some text and put some enemies randomly around the stages. Try to be a little bit more creative. Make a challenge other then adding enemies. Changing the names was innovative, but try to edit textures, make an obstical course. Move the red coins around.

I changed stars missions entirely not just add enemies, I have moved red coins, and currently, I am new at TT64, and haven't the slightest idea how to edit textures. The slide in Chuckya mountain is pretty annoying without shortcuts, so they are obstacles in there own way. Try It! Thank you, and I'll put new, better screen shots soon.

I tryed all of the levels, and Chomp's playgrond was reletively intresting as far as the chalanges go, especially amp's secret coins. The only flaw with amp field was the one chain chomp in the middle and there were waaaaay to many amps. if you had 10 of them, that would have been perfect. The random fire was pointless, and the massive ammount of chain chomps gave my laptop a tiny bit of slowdown. I did not see any red coins at all and the cannons were broken. If you must remove the cannons, put a grate over it like the one out on the castle grounds. It will disapear when the person gets 120 stars, but it will do. Also, put the turret back on top of the castle; it is just ugly sitting above the moat and it isn't even solid anyways. If you must deleat it, ditch the windows that went on it. The one whomp's fortress level is horribly glitchy. Fix it asap. Also, remember that having a huge ammount of enemies dosn't make it any more fun. The massive ammount of those purple things and the chain choms and priana plants need to be used more sparingly. They are like salt; salt is good on corn, but over salting is bad for you and tastes awful. ask VL tone or read the help document on editing textures; editing a main texture can completly change the feel of a level. One last thing: try to use you imagination to make more one of a kind missions like the amp one. It was easy, but really unike anything I played before. Make more unique missions. And lastly, post better screenshots. The ones you posted arn't that great as far as what they are showing

Now thats the kind of reply I like! I'll get to work on those things one at a time. The red coin one on Chain chomp playpen is because for some reason, it takes only one red coin to make the star appear(its right of the first bridge, surrounded by piranhas, but that glitch is probably just my problem, I'll put more red coins if thats true). Right now its in its early stages, so I put things in their general area. The cannons are broken because I replace them with other objects. I could remove things that aren't needed such as amps or chomps. I put the castle "turret" down there because I was just messing messing around. I'll put it back in the next version. By Whomps fortress being glitchy, do you mean the enemies? They were meant to look weird. Whomp's fortress is now a place where failed cloning attempts are placed, hence the name,"Clones Gone Wrong". The purple things are meant to be annoying, or challenging, or whatever you want to call it. I'm glad you like the amp mission, and I'm going to make more screen shots like I said before. Any ideas on sharks ahoy or Chuckya Mountain? It will be very much welcomed! Thank you!

What's a paragraph? Anyways, "Cloning gone Wrong" has the invisible walkway and weird chaincomps. I didn't get the joke, andyou couldn't see if you were in range of it because It's attack outranged the model of the chomp. The invisible walkway is out of place in a mario game. Getting to the top of the mountain is too hard. I mean, I wasn't able to get to the top of the mountain because of weird chomps. And as for the turret, make sure you have everything ready before you relese a version; the moved turret is not a good first impression. Happy hacking!

Sorry about that VL-Tone, I wasn't thinking about that. I'm putting the walkways back as soon as I find a Mario pinball sprite, but I doubt that will work. Perhaps instead of changing model ids I can change textures, if I can figure out which one is the chomps...

Well, I replaced some chomps in battle field with random things that fit. and edited my first texture! Clones Gone Wrong because those weird enemies are bad clones, although I might change the theme of the level to something else. I think I will keep the star Thwomps though, They fit pretty much. I could probably just edit textures and keep the theme. When I'm done with Whomps Fortress and Bob-omb's battle field, I will release another version. I can't find the Id for the level part with the little jump parts(originally had thwomps on top of it). Thanks again!

An interesting hack, Johnnyaf. Maybe you should edit some textures (besides the chomp's) to make it more interesting.

If VL-Tone could do the suggestion i made in TT64 suggestions, you could have monkey mario for your banana castle roger3245. Which would be funny to look at.

As for the hack, its good but as others said all the chuck-ya's can get annoying. (especially on the slide, but it makes for a good challenge)
