Loving the layout. I should ask you about getting one like that for myself. You should add the Crateria rain to the layout to break up the blankness of the sky.

It looks nice, but you should change the background color to be the same as the top part of the sky gradient.

Because now it cuts off really weird. :/

That's odd... it WAS before. I guess I moved the gradient.

Yeah, I'll do that when I figure out how to not have Teyla on top of the rain

You could have Teyla IN the rain. Like, simply add the rain hitting her to the image. Same for the ground.

It's two images. If you look at the layout in IE6 it's really obvious :V

Nice!

You could probably adjust some layering to put the sprite behind the rain, or just copy the rain over it in an image editor to achieve the same effect. If you did the latter you would have to fix the background at the right so they line up, which shouldn't be noticeable.
