Half Irish here, and I totally missed wearing green today, oh well. I've never really been one to care about my heritage very much anyway.

Still, I think I manage to do this every year, all my non-Irish friends wind up wearing green whereas I completely forget or don't have a green shirt to wear, kinda funny the way that happens.

	Its funny that we celebrate other countries' holidays (including St Patrick's Day) but other countries don't celebrate our holidays... When was the last time you heard of Ireland celebrating Presidents Day or Columbus Day? I never wear green on St Patrick's Day. I usually forget and I usually don't care! Not much of a drinker so its just another day for me. ____________________

For those wondering why America celebrates this holiday so much, it could be because we have six times the Irish population than Ireland itself.
