These lines are spoken to Yoshi before and after the fight. The catch? Chief Chilly is only supposed to be fought by Luigi. Looks like they originally intended to have Yoshi be able to fight him, too. No idea how much other stuff is in there, but I do know that there aren't any special lines for Yoshi vs. Big Boo or Bowser vs. not-Mario.


I'd create the article myself but I have very low confidence in my wiki skills.

Isn't it supposed to be possible to fight all the bosses with all the characters? It's been a while, so I don't really remember.

To reach the Chief Chilly boss battle you need to be luigi, because you need to get the flower and go through the mirror. It's impossible to gett to Chief Chilly without Luigi.

I got that changing the following RAM values, which i found using Desmume's RAM search.

020909EC
02096121
0217FD91
0217FD93
0217FD95
0217F6C0

These are always 00 for Mario, 01 for Luigi, 02 for Wario and 03 for Yoshi.
I put them all to 01 (luigi), went through the mirror, entered the course and changed them all to 03. And when I got to the boss fight, it did show those messages.

The boss fight is fully functional, I did not notice any glitches or bugs.

This is the tileset from the minigame 'Coincentration'  



I actually made it too  :D

Those marios and luigis really shouldn't be up there,
because I totally haven't seen them used in any of the minigames


The name of the file is d_2d_mg_wrecking_crew_ncg.bin
so I'm thinking they changed their minds sometime during it's creation


And if you open the same mini game in the new super mario brothers,
everything's been rearranged and the mario/luigis aren't there anymore
But is is still called wrecking crew  


There is more unused stuff inside,
I just don't have the time to fix it up now

I was screwing around with premade AR codes,
and found that somebody found two testing rooms.


A huge one that was for texture, flooring and testing various other things
and a smaller second one that is full of those flipping cube things with faces


I could run a video or do a screenshot, if you guys would prefer one of the two
